What is click and collect?

Our Click & Collect service allows you to reserve your foreign currency online and collect it in person from one of our branches. You can secure your rate online in seconds and choose a convenient collection time, making the process quick, simple and efficient.

Collection times depend on when your order is placed. In many cases, same-day or next-day collection is available. Please refer to our order and collection schedule displayed on the website, or contact your chosen branch for confirmation.

The minimum order value for our Click & Collect service is £100. The maximum online order value is £2,500 per person per day.

If you require a larger amount, please visit one of our branches where our team can assist you in person.

No. We are commission-free, with no hidden charges. The rate you are quoted is the rate you receive.

We accept debit card payments for Click & Collect orders and do not charge a debit card processing fee.

We do not accept credit cards for foreign currency purchases.

If you have unused euros, US dollars or other foreign currency, you can sell them back to us at competitive buyback rates.

You can check our latest rates using the online converter in the buyback section, or visit your nearest branch in Bradford or Halifax for a same-day cash payout.

You may request preferred denominations when ordering your foreign currency. While availability can vary, we will always endeavour to meet your request where possible.

Both our Bradford and Halifax branches offer Click & Collect services.

For certain transactions, you may be asked to provide valid photo identification, such as a passport or UK driving licence.

Depending on the value and nature of the transaction, we may also require proof of address and, in some cases, additional documentation in line with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Yes. You can sell back leftover euros, US dollars and other major currencies at any of our branches. We offer competitive buyback rates and provide same-day cash payment in branch.

Yes. When using our Click & Collect service, you secure the rate displayed at the time of placing your order. This allows you to lock in your exchange rate before collecting your currency in branch.
